Meet the team
The Iconic Bride is run by two sisters who love weddings. Elisa works in the wedding industry and was Maranda’s Maid of Honor when she got married. She’s a designer who also creates, edits, and produces Sonder travel magazine. Maranda is a former bride-to-be who had a DIY wedding in 2020 and fell in love with designing beautiful experiences in the process. She’s a graphic designer and illustrator who also runs Vagabondary, an apparel + lifestyle brand inspired by nature and nostalgia.
Together we’ve teamed up to put our combined wedding knowledge and design chops to work to create beautiful + unique products. The iconic Star-Crossed Collection that started it all features a wedding invitation suite based off Maranda's very own tiktok viral invitations!

Hi I'm Elisa! I'm the creative director of a bridal magazine and a huge fan of love. I started this shop after years of working in the wedding industry and after my most important role — being maid of honor in my sister's wedding!
Maranda, The Bride
My name is Maranda! I got married in the fall of 2020 and had a DIY-as-much-as-possible wedding. After designing my own invitations, I fell in love with the process of creating unique wedding stationery. I love to create fun products for fun people.
